Pastors Dale and Debbie Foote

Dale and Debbie Foote are founding pastors of Cool Springs Community Church. Dale was called out of a fifteen year career in law enforcement to pastor churches. After three years as an associate pastor near Seattle, Washington he sensed there had to be more of God in his life than what he had experienced up to that time.

In 2000, he began what has turned out to be a life long pursuit in finding the God made famous in the Bible. After attending a ministry trip with Randy Clark to Brazil he knew he found the God of the Bible at work. God really was still doing all those things He was famous for - healing the deaf, making the lame to walk, giving sight to the blind, and delivering people from oppressions. Dale has been in vocational ministry for eight years.

It is Dale's vision is to provide everyone with an encounter with God and to see entire cities and regions transformed by the power of God - the same power we find in the Bible.

Debbie is a registered nurse, cardiac specialist. She is also an intercessor and children's pastor.

Their sons, Derek (upper right) and Trevor (center) are both attending Whitworth College, Spokane, Washington.
